Shipping and returns policy

We strive to make returns as easy as possible for our customers. We offer free returns on all purchases made on the website www.abriil.es.
 

The shipping costs for the first return will be covered by us for orders placed in Spain; outside of this territory, please inquire. Purchased items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, adhering to the return conditions.
 

Please check your order upon receipt. For any issues, you can contact our Customer Service. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the package reception date.

Items must be returned from the country of delivery of the order.

Items must be returned in the original sales conditions with tags still attached.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

The following will not be accepted:

• Returns of items that have been damaged, worn, altered, washed, or purportedly used according to ABRIIL's reasonable judgment.

• Panties, nipple covers, and swimsuits that have been tried on directly against the skin (swimsuits are the only garments provided with an adhesive protective film).

• Customized items.
   

If you wish to exchange the item you have ordered for a different size, color, or different item, please contact customer service at info@abriil.es
 

In the event that you decide to make further returns related to the same order (within 14 days following the delivery date), please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
